James Purefoy is Solomon Kane

Paris-based producer/distributor Samuel Hadida announced today that after an exhaustive search, the iconic hero of Robert E. Howard's Solomon Kane stories has been found. English actor, James Purefoy, who recently top lined HBO's blockbuster epic "Rome" as the Emperor Mark Anthony, has been cast as the eponymous Puritan swordsman Solomon Kane in the Davis Films production which is due to start shooting later this year.

The first part in a trilogy series, Solomon Kane is an epic adventure adapted from the classic pulp stories by Robert E. Howard, creator of "Conan the Barbarian." Solomon Kane (James Purefoy) is a 16th Century soldier who learns that his brutal and cruel actions have damned him. Determined to redeem himself, Kane swears to live a life of peace and goodness but is forced to fight once more when a dark power threatens the land.

One of Howard's most iconic characters, Kane is a Puritan force of nature whose name strikes fear in the heart of his enemies. Michael J. Bassett (Deathwatch) will direct from his own script for producer Samuel Hadida (Silent Hill, Domino) and Wandering Star principal Paul Berrow in Prague.

Hadida called Purefoy "a powerful and commanding screen presence" in making the announcement and added "Purefoy's ability to embody Kane's complex heroism, struggles and failings as he wages a mortal battle, made him the perfect modern hero in this epic fantasy."

Screenwriter and director Michael J. Bassett adds: "Kane is a dark hero who has faced terrible things and turned to God for redemption and guidance. He sees himself as a righter-of-wrongs but is conflicted by a growing realization that he might be both a force for evil as well as good. James Purefoy understands this duality and I know he'll bring a really powerful and intense heroism to the screen. He's perfect for the role - and the fact that he's devilishly handsome doesn't hurt either."

James Purefoy began his career with the world renowned Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford before going on to numerous acclaimed theatre, television and film roles. He came to wider attention playing the Black Prince in Brian Helgeland's A Knight's Tale opposite Heath Ledger and Paul Bettany and for the past two years he has portrayed the Emperor Mark Anthony in the BBC/HBO drama "Rome." Purefoy is represented by CAA, Independent Talent Group, and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

International sales for Solomon Kane are being handled by Los Angeles based Essential

Great Day for Robert E Howard fans! 1st: The Rat is off Conan!!! 2nd: Harry has seen SOLOMON KANE and it is wonderful!
Hey there, Harry here!
First - it seems pretty sure that Brett Ratner is off of the relaunch of CONAN - at least according to Empire. Now the scary thing is that producer, Joe Gatta says that everyone on their team really wanted Ratner, which has me truly afraid of who they'll end up hiring to helm the next CONAN. Will this mean a Conan by someone like Len Wiseman or Paul W.S. Anderson or someone worse. Let's hope it ends up being someone like Michael Bassett.
Michael who?
Well, Michael Bassett is a Junior filmmaker... he's just completed his third film, and he's on a career track that I'm always looking after. Each film has been a leap forward from his previous.
In 2002, I was in Sitges, where I saw Michael Bassett's first film, DEATHWATCH - a very atmospheric and bizarre WWI trench ghost/horror film that very nearly did it for me. It starred Jamie Bell and Andy Serkis sans mo-cap dots. It didn't really warrant cheers and high praise cuz it just didn't quite work. It very nearly did though, that's why I really was interested in checking out his second film, WILDERNESS - which I saw at some screening thanks to my friend Matt Dentler back in 2006. The premise was essentially LORD OF THE FLIES meets juvenile delinquents from hell. There's something about child endangerment in film that I'm very much a fan of. The big point is... it was a very strong film from beginning to end, that just wasn't amazing.
Now it is 2009, and a few days ago, I saw Michael Bassett's third film effort. This time - all the pieces have fallen into place for Michael Bassett. This time, he's adapted the second greatest character from the mind of Robert E Howard. This time it is SOLOMON KANE.
There have been rumors of a Solomon Kane film for ages. When Bassett first announced this film, I was thrilled and scared shitless - because while I like Michael Bassett and I hoped he'd become a filmmaker that I could get real excited about... you never can tell. And with material like SOLOMON KANE. Dear God, this could've been handled all sorts of fucking wrong.
On the drive across Austin to see the movie, I was talking to my father - and we were discussing the concept of a SOLOMON KANE film. We were talking about how the look of the character had been completely ripped off by Stephen Sommers for his VAN HELSING - that retardedly goofy cartoon of a film. And we were terrified of this going wrong. Dad talked about how when he first became a dealer of comics, pulps and movie memoribilia in the Seventies - there were constant rumors and fan rumblings of a Solomon Kane film. And we were talking and talking and talking - and finally I stated, "You know, I just hope Kane isn't just a badass. I hope they keep the religion as part of the character." And Father Geek looked at me and said with a degree of fear in his voice, "How could you do it without it?"
How?
Thank God! We never have to worry about that.
SOLOMON KANE begins with an awesome shot of two great buccaneer style ships shelling the hell out of a strange Moorish city. We see English buccaneers and adventurers killing Moors as they make their way to find a great treasure of some kind.
The man in front is a man possessed. Cutting men down like they're nothing. He's enjoying what he's doing and it is bloody, it is brutal, it is tough. As they make their way into the heart of this great kingdom, there's a hall of black mirrors at weird angles - and as he and his men make their way through - demons begin grabbing the men into the mirrors... And as Solomon makes his way, alone, to the main chamber - something belched from Hell is waiting. Satan's Reaper. And this reaper has come for an evil man's soul. An evil man named SOLOMON KANE.
Kane begins an epic battle - trying to preserve his immortal soul and at the end of it all - he of course escapes - but upon seeing Satan's right hand man desiring his soul. What does that do to a man?
We next find Solomon Kane living the life of a monk essentially. Completely and painfully dedicated in utter repentance to GOD. So intensely so that he scares nearly everyone there. The Abbott had a vision that God wanted Solomon Kane to go forth in the world and return home.
His body is covered with sacred symbols and his back branded with a crucifix that covers his entire back. It's brutal. this isn't modern scarification. This is curdled skin. You only see it in this brief sequence, but it is the image of a man that has tormented his body as he can only imagine his soul would be tormented for eternity. He does not wish to go to hell.
NOW - something you should know - throughout everything this film is BEAUTIFULLY SHOT. Not with filters and bullshit color tones - No. This film feels dirty, feels frigidly cold, life does not look easy. The actors don't look like actors with shiny white teeth and perfect hair. They look like people that have lived lives without air-conditioning, dentistry, exact surgeons and doctors. No - this is a hard time in life. If you've ever read Robert E Howard's stories about SOLOMON KANE you get a picture of the world he inhabited.
Some would say that world was far more non-fiction than his Hyborian Age... After all, this is the 17th Century and Solomon Kane is a Puritan. And Conan's world is some age where there was no documented history of the era. Just a few ruins here and there. Clay tablets broken in half. But the 17th Century we can read about with some authority. But when we think of that period of witches and a battle between Christianity and the horrors of a Satan spawned world that the light of God was trying to force back into shadow where it belongs... we think of it in modern eyes. Where demons, the supernatural, the women tied to stakes to burn... they were innocents. It was the religion that was the problem, not the people thrown into rivers tied to rocks, not the women burned to death.
Well, Robert Howard's world postulates that Evil was real. Not only that, but it was an aggressive mutherfucker. This world has something rotten and perverted embedded. And Solomon Kane... he's the awesome right hand of God that bitchslaps evil back where it goes. And it isn't easy. He doesn't have a cute bag of tricks. No magical swords, no amulets of protection. He believes in God. But God doesn't really care about Solomon Kane or this world. Other than somehow allowing Kane to find his way through it.
You've never seen so many dead and decaying hanging corpses being feasted upon by crows and other critters. When you see this film, you won't be watching an ultra modern film. These are characters of few words, they speak about the evil in the world around them and the hope that religion gives them. But like I said... EVIL is aggressive here.
After Solomon's time dedicated to God. He no longer carries weapons. He is a man walking the savage road back home. Haunted by his memories from there. When he's set upon by bandits - he refuses to fight them, instead he endures. He's the meanest most brutal badass on the planet, but he doesn't want to be the man he was that Satan wants. So he suffers, endures and takes it.
Then a family comes and rescues him. A good family. Headed by Pete Postlethwaite. And you just know something bad is going to happen to these people in this land. They are heading to leave for the New World. Make a new start in a pure land that Satan doesn't have his claws entrenched into. He considers going with them, but as they get further on their journey - the evil grows darker and soon - it demonstrates just how far and how real true evil can be - and Solomon is given a quest with a promise of winning his soul from Satan if he accomplishes it.
This film is an origin and an introduction to SOLOMON KANE. When Solomon's violence is unleashed, it is brutal and doesn't feel choreographed so much as it is what is required in the given situation. He uses the weapons of the period, musket style hand guns and swords. He throws himself into battle without regard for his safety or those he fights. And make no doubts about it, the evil in this world is true evil.
My favorite demonstration of this is a little village they come across. There's a stake in the middle of the village - and surrounding it are all these dead bodies. They all had their eyes burnt out from the inside out. Holy hell, this is evil looking. They surmise that they were attempting to burn a witch at the stake and she killed all that were attempting to watch her die. This ain't the fucking CRUCIBLE - this is the world of SOLOMON KANE!
Evil is real and thank god we have Solomon Kane out there in it.
Now - about the performances - they're all dead on. James Purefoy is a movie star. His Solomon Kane is the animal we wish Wolverine was in fights. He's fantastic as Kane. He sells everything about the character - this isn't a film about one liners and unbelievable action. This is the purest film introduction to a new screen star since I saw George Clooney in FROM DUSK TIL DAWN. I had the exact same feeling watching Purefoy here.
I'll tell you how good he was. Before the film, I told Dad - "I have always wanted Daniel Day Lewis to play SOLOMON KANE" - but by the end of the film, I was completely ecstatic that Purefoy had the role. He's seriously great here.
And so is everyone else... Pete Postlethwaite, Alice Krige, Rachel Hurd-Wood, Max von Sydow (wow), Jason Flemyng, Mackenzie Crook... everyone. They all sell this story so well.
By the end of the film - I'm ready for Kane to go to Africa, to go to the New World. This is a wonderful character and this is a wonderful start - like how we got introduced to Vin Diesel in PITCH BLACK - where we just wanted to see more of Riddick. Right now, give me more Solomon Kane and more of Purefoy and more from Bassett.
This if an old school finely crafted film that genuinely creates the world of SOLOMON KANE. The beheadings, the arms being whacked off... it's done old school style - not clean happy CG cuts, but more brutal.
Now this film isn't a huge movie, but it is much better than most huge movies. Better because they're characters you can be invested in. Doing things that are genuinely heroic against genuine horrors with real detailed atmosphere and a sense of foreboding.
One of the heroes of this film that I've yet to mention is Dan Laustsen... the DP for the film. You know his work from SILENT HILL, LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN - but mainly his best work has been in foreign films like the wonderful THE SUBSTITUTE which blew audiences away at FANTASTIC FEST last year. Well in SOLOMON KANE - he does his best, most painterly work, as well as his most naturalistic. The film is beautiful to look at. Love the way this world is!
I also love Composer Klaus Badelt's work here. He's had an interesting career thus far - probably best known for his work on the first PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN film - SOLOMON KANE is the new high water mark for him.
When you go to see this film - and you definitely should (when a distributor smart enough picks it up) - go in knowing this is the first film. This is the film they made before any American studio was smart enough to buy into Bassett's vision for Howard's world. Before they knew James Purefoy could carry a film like fucking Atlas. And at the end, you'll hope for the next adventure - hoping for a straight adaptation - where perhaps he'll finally get his Staff of Solomon. This is the adventure that hypes us up for more and that's the best I could have hoped for the first SOLOMON KANE adaptation. A desire to see more from this same team!

SOLOMON KANE Review

http://twitchfilm.net/site/authors/Todd/
...
James Purefoy stars as the title character, a man as prone to violence and evil as any who may walk the earth when we first meet him.  Kane has no fear, no morals.  There is only the lust for wealth and power and there is no length that Kane will not go to achieve what he wants.  He lives in fear of no man and no creature and continues living because he has the physical skills to overcome any sort of creature that he has ever encountered until the fateful day that he encounter's one of Satan's own Reapers and learns that somehow, somewhere, Solomon Kane's soul has been sold and that the time has now come for the Devil to collect.  He barely escapes but is there really any point?  How long can you hide from the Devil himself?  A monastery provides sanctuary for a time but when a horde of magically enhanced thugs and killers begins swarming the land under the control of a hulking, masked warrior under the control of a foul sorcerer Kane is forced back out into the world by the monastery's abbot in the hopes that Kane may seek redemption not in hiding himself away but in protecting the weak and powerless.

Loaded with swordplay, evil creatures and adventure, all of it anchored by the classic antiheroic Kane himself, Solomon Kane is a throwback to the pulpy fantasy adventure genre that creator Robert E Howard once ruled.  It is the sort of film that Van Helsing should have been only bigger, bloodier and burlier.  James Purefoy has long been touted as the next big leading man and his natural charisma shines through int he title role, while supporting players such as Jason Flemyng, Max Von Sydow and Pete Postlethwaite provide solid work in support.  The effects are solid, the action plentiful, and while the swordplay has obviously been planned with a PG-13 audience in mind it pushes as hard against that limit as it can with more than one limb severed and head removed.

Despite a loyal fan following, sword and sorcery fantasy has always been a difficult genre to pull off convincingly and, as such, has largely been neglected in recent years.  But with Kane we get a different sort of sword and sorcery hero, one dropped into the puritan era rather than the middle ages, and that simple change breathes new life into a tired beast.  Though not a perfect film by any stretch - some of the fighting is shot too close and edited too fast while a couple of the digital effects land only just on the acceptable side of the spectrum - but it is a hugely entertaining one, one loaded with rich characters and strong players and stacks of quality set pieces.  I can only hope that the producers of the soon-to-be-revived Conan franchise are paying attention to this one because Solomon Kane is one excellent primer on how to tackle Howard and make him work for today's audiences.  No theatrical release has been announced yet but seek it out when the time comes.  This is a good one.

Fantastic Fest Review: 'Solomon Kane'by Chris Ullrich, Sep 27 2009 // 9:00 AM

Solomon Kane, based on Conan creator Robert E. Howard's series of stories, begins the film slashing his way around the world destroying anything, and anyone, who gets in his way. He even kills his own men, especially when they show cowardice. This tirade of evil comes to a screeching halt once Kane encounters the Devil's Reaper, whom the devil has sent to collect Kane's soul. Kane, barely escaping with his life, realizes his evil ways have led him to this point and decides that he must change if he is to survive. Once he realizes the error of his ways, he then embarks on a new life, relinquishing violence and his evil ways in an effort to achieve redemption.

Of course, if Kane had stuck to that decision, this would be a very short movie indeed. Fortunately, he doesn't and inevitably must return to his violent ways. But this time around, instead of the greedy, evil mercenary he once was, Kane now has a noble purpose and an actual chance at the redemption he seeks. The innocent daughter of a Priest (Pete Postlethwaite) who had befriended Kane is taken prisoner and to save her, Kane will do whatever he needs to do — even if that means killing a few people along the way. Plus, an all-consuming evil is threatening to take over England and Kane has decided that man of peace or not, he can't let that happen.

Before I go on, I should say that I'm a huge fan of this genre and have seen most of the movies ever made in it. That said, I consider Solomon Kane to be one of the best sword and sorcery films to come out in at least the last ten years. The film is terrific fun and under the direction of Michael J. Bassett, it can definitely take a place high up on the list of the best of these films. Bassett's obvious love of the source material, and the genre, really shows here and helps the film rise above other typical fare of this, or most any other, genre.

Solomon Kane has pretty much everything you could want from a film. It features a flawed but intensely honorable hero, a damsel in distress, an overwhelming and seemingly unstoppable villain, sword fights, magic, action, explosions, monsters and all of it wrapped in a very neat, well photographed, well executed package that, in spite of its independent roots and somewhat meager (at least by Hollywood standards) budget, manages to look, sound taste and smell like a big budget studio feature.

Solomon Kane would not be the film it is without the standout performance by James Purefoy. As he has in many other roles, he manages to deliver a multifaceted performance and come across very well not only as terrifically menacing, powerful and evil man, but as an ultimately vulnerable and heroic one as well. Even at his most extreme moments during the film, Pureofy infuses Kane with a vitality and likability that elevates him above your standard two-dimensional characters often seen in films today.

He makes Kane come alive and when he's killing his own men during a quest for gold and power, you believe him and his motivations. Just as you do when he renounces violence but then is forced to go back to his old ways to save a young, innocent girl and avenge the wrongs done to her family. You see the transition in him and you feel the weight of his decision. All in all a terrific job by Purefoy here.

Kudos must also be given to the excellent supporting cast including the aforementioned Pete Postlethwaite, Alice Krige, Max von Sydow as Kane's father and Rachel Hurd-Wood as the young girl Kane must save. All of these actors manage to find something in their characters, especially Postlethwaite and von Sydow, and deliver performances well above expectations.

Director Bassett also does an impressive job. He creates a very believable world where these characters live and though he plays a bit fast and loose with the source material — Howard never wrote an origin story for Kane but that's what this film is — he manages to provide us with the essence of Solomon Kane and show us what makes him who he is. Plus, he demonstrates an affinity for action sequences as well as for character development — something that is often lacking in other major Hollywood releases.

Solomon Kane is a great character and throughout the film we are given more and more insight into his past and what made him the man he is in the story's current time. The movie is essentially a story which highlight's Kane's journey from despicable outlaw to righteous fighter against evil. The journey is not complicated, but it is definitely worth taking. The movie also has the good sense to pause a bit for characters and to develop Kane's relationship with his surrogate family, let the audience breath and catch up, then plunge back headfirst into more action, drama, awesome sword fights and slo-mo cape donning — which is way more awesome than it might sound.

Like most films, Solomon Kane is by no means perfect. It has some flaws, hits a few melodramatic notes, has a few plot holes and has some convenient accidents that help propel the story. Still, as the film races along at breakneck speed and our hero hacks and slashes his way through the bad guys to rescue the innocent young girl before its too late, you don't really think about the film's problems very much. You're too busy having a great time and are caught up in the story and characters to worry much about it.

Currently, Solomon Kane has no distributor, which is really a shame. A fun film like this deserves to be seen by audiences who will undoubtedly find it as enjoyable as I did. Sure, it has flaws, but then again, so does its title character. Like Solomon Kane, the movie about him manages to overcome its flaws and, in the end, deliver.

By: Brad Miska (MrDisgusting)

Editor's Note: Major spoilers warning

Wow, just wow. Next to Rec 2, Solomon Kane was my most anticipated film at this year's TIFF. How can you lose with Demons, swordfights, witches, knights and a whopping $60m budget? Ask Uwe Boll as this horror fantasy is one of the dullest, poorly acted and heartless films I've seen all year.

The most opens with a bang, as Solomon Kane is robbing a castle. After murdering hundreds of soldiers/knights he makes his way in the front gates. His crew enters a room with mirrors lined up in a row down the hall. As they walk onward, his warrior buddies are picked off one by one by creatures hiding within the mirrors. It's intense, creepy and incredibly stylish. Solomon is the only to survive as he makes it into the treasure room, where he's confronted by Death, who tells him he's going to take him to hell for all of his evil ways. Solomon narrowly escapes and everything goes downhill from there. This is where the character development goes off track as Solomon puts killing behind him in an attempt to gain redemption. After being expelled from the Church, a group of nomads are taken by a lot of possessed soldiers and Solomon goes off to save the woman – not because he wants to save her, but because HE might be redeemed for doing so. His entire plight is selfish and everything he does is for himself. Solomon Kane is yet another film lacking a protagonist.

The screenplay issues continue as once Solomon escapes Death, NOTHING happens. There's a little something here and there, but for the most part the entire film is jammed with heavy over explanatory exposition. It also doesn't help when your main character delivers one of the worst performances of the year. Beyond that, James Purefoy was horribly miscast as he didn't look or act the role. Even though his delivery was off, being forced to recite some of the lines in the movie only added fuel to the flames. Dialogue isn't the only problem as rules are invented along the way. One of my favorite (bad) scenes is when Solomon returns to the castle he grew up in, where he finds his fathered chained to a wall in a prison cell. His father yaps and yaps revealing all sorts of crap such as the fact that the evil demon with the skin mask is actually Solomon's brother (an obvious surprise). Again, his father is chained to the wall, and Solomon exclaims something along the lines of, "I'll get you out of here," to which the father replied, "these chains can't be broken," explaining that the chains have been put under a spell by an evil sorcerer that he called into this world. Again, where the heck is this all coming from? Everything is explained in dialogue and not a single thing is gestured on. It's a movie, tell the story with images.

But the most insulting part of about Solomon Kane is the finale where Solomon has to battle the evil sorcerer who lets loose a gigantic fire demon from hell. Solomon bounces around avoiding being hit by this creature, but then eventually gives in and sacrifices himself. The second he plays martyr, God blasts through Solomon destroying all of the evil in the room. Yeah, seriously, that happened. I looked over at my friend who let loose one of the most hilarious happy smiles I've ever seen in my life. His face had confirmed my thoughts that what I had just witnessed was mind-blowing and shockingly bad. I don't act like this when I'm in a theater, but I began laughing uncontrollably as I just couldn't believe it. There was no way this was the end. So, wait, there's no epic battle? No fight? No climax? It just... ends...because of God?

While the set designs and wardrobe were beautifully done, there's really nothing else good about the film. In fact, I would say that Solomon Kane is one of the worst movies of the year. An unfocused mythology, with underdeveloped characters and bad acting make this an unbearable theater experience. If you simply can't help yourself, just go watch Conan to suppress that evil, evil urge.

Score: 1 / 10

U Španiji kritika nešto blaža a gledanost vrlo dobra.

Lest we forget... SOLOMON KANE kicks ass!

Hey folks, Harry here with another reader that has discovered the absolute joy of SOLOMON KANE, which has yet to grace a theatrical release in the United States, despite being utterly badass. Here's a look from a reader called MC D-LYTE:
Hello Mister Knowles,
I have been reading your fucking sweet web site for years and years but my English was never very good to write to you. But now I have learned to write it and want to give this to you because I live in Minsk, Belarus and I saw Solomon fucking Kane and when I check to see that it made mroe money than Avatar movie I see that is not even in the USA. What the fucking shit ball fuck shit? So I think maybe God is having me write this to give to you so that you can make it explode in America because it is the very best movie I have ever seen in a long time and other people should see it as well.

Thank you and if you use it please call me MC D-Lyte

SOLOMON FUCKING KANE DRAGS MY BALLS TO HELL!!!!!!

Solomon Fucking Kane is Mel Gibsons new movie that is basicly Braveheart with demons. I dont think I have to write another thing else or that you even have to see it now because that basicly means the 2010 Best Pictures contest is over. OVER!!!

Mel Gibsons must feels very bad about making English peoples look so bad in ass fuck awesome Braveheart because in this movie William Wallace is now English and not Scotch and his name is Solomon Fucking Kane. This movie is very much a autobiography for Mel Gibsons because in the beginning his ship gets stopped for drunk driving and he gets out is like "All the Jews started all the wars!!!" and then says "I run Malibu England!!!" and takes out two swords because all the times Mel Gibsons watches Braveheart he says "fuck my cock why dont I have two swords instead of one like a loose pussy of my x wife?" and then Solomon storms the castle and you can tell the guards have been seeing Braveheart because they stop to shit there pants when they see him and then he sticks his swords in there throats and makes them dance like puppets. There are about a hundred guards and this is very sweet like when they storm the castle at Lord of the Ring 2 Towers excpet if Eastern Promises had been by himself instead of the gay and the dwarf there as well and he had to get in the castle to fuck Maria Bello in Historys of Violence.

Then the castle turns into the Pan Labrynth movie and Mel Gibsons tells his men to shut the fuck up bitches or theyll wake the demon with the eyeballs on his hands but its too late and they wake him up and his whole family and they get FUCKED UP! Solomon is like "sweet, more gold for me" but then there is the Drag Me To Hell monster from Paranormal Activity and he say he is going to drag Mel Gibsons to hell because he sold his soul to the devil, and Mel Gibsons is like "I am sorry for Leathal Weapon 4 and Man Without a Face, but Im Catholic and made Road Warrior movies so I cant go to hell", but the demon is like "your not going to hell for that, is for What Women Want" and everyone is like "oh shit hes right", but then Solomon tells him to tell Satan to suck his dick and play with his balls and he jumps out a window.

That is the first 5 minutes and already you have cum like 20 times in your pants and need to wash and Mel Gibsons knows this so he puts in the credits for you to go to the toilet next and then he has Solomon acting like a scared bitch about going to hell and he lives with a priests, but the priests is like "listen Solomon you have to leave because everyone is back from the bathroom to clean up the cum in there pants and they are paying good moneys to see you slice people open with your swords". But Solomon says "if I slice people open with my swords and take a blood shower in there blood then I will go to hell" and the priests says that he talks to God and God says that blood showers make God very happy and he will go to heaven instead.

So Solomon is like sweet because slicing people open with my swords and taking blood showers is the thing I am best at and makes me so happy. And God wants him to be happy.... very happy. And so then God must wantme to be happy too because the thing at which I am best is watching Mel Gibsons slice people open with swords and take showers in there blood. This movie will make a lot of people want to become Catholics because it is also very much like Passion of a Christ except if Jesus was the one torturing the shit of people for two hours and also if Jesus was dressed in the costume from Eli Roths Thanksgiving movie. So church will be packed next Sunday because boners!

I will not write very much else because they try to have a story for all the Academy Award voters and I dont want to expose it for anyone who maybe cares (bitch asses). There is so much sweet shit that I have not said that my brain is getting a boner so hard right now that it is going to brake threw the back of my mouth and make me blow it when I think of it all. This movie obvusly costs a billion dollars to make because Mel Gibsons did crazy as usual reasearch and was like "I wonder how many hacks with a sword it really takes to chop off someones head" so they bought a million pigs and chopped off there heads with swords and they were like "it takes four chops", but for Solomon it takes three because fuck you hes Solomon Fucking Kane!!!

Nema potrebe da zalis me, mene je vec sram
Nema potrebe da hvalis me, dobro ja to znam

NOTES:

IMAGiNE bringing you another release.....Solomon Kane

Firstly sourced used was the korsub release (thanks guys)
Now onto a few things firstly the tagging .....well we think it is a R3 or R6 like the spy next door release, hence
the reason for the tagging and if wrong ...oh well shoot us
Secondly we decided to take the 2.13gig file and make a custom dvdr instead of doing an xvid as theres a few already out.
Work done...firstly was to crop the bottom subs totally off so yes some of the bottom is missing, then it was a case of cleaning
up the video..made it sharpen, more colourful, made it brighter and also used a smoother.
Audio just converted to AC3 as it's works better when doing dvds.

Vampirella

Odavno nisam gledala ista nenapetije i predvidljivije. Cak i protiv Sotone.
