ZNAK SAGITE — više od fantastike — edicija, časopis, knjižara...

Da li ste raspoloženi za još jednu posetu okatim brdima? Posle relativno uspešnog rimejka, na brzinu je smućkan i nastavak i evo kako izgledaju rezultati:

I am begging you to warn people about how fucking bad this movie is! I saw it a few weeks ago and it is by far one of the worst horror movies I've ever seen. I actually liked the first Hills Have Eyes remake but this sequel was God awful. The entire audience was laughing at it's unintentional stupidity throughout. Before the screening began we were chosen to be apart of a panel after the film to give input into making it better; (which is impossible) but once the movie ended they could barely convince anyone to stay because of how atrociously wretched it was. Even retarted mutants will have their intelligence insulted. I've seen better Roger Corman/sci-fi channel movies of the week.

The opening was cool. You actually graphically see the birth of a mutant coming through the birth canal; but afterwards it's all downhill. And the final kill was good times, the leads smash a mutants head to bits with a hammer. But these are the only tolerable moments. You don't give a shit about any of the characters, they are all cookie cutter, stereotypical military personnel spouting video game worthy dialogue. I would have been fine with it if they would have made up for it all with some bad ass kills and gore but the mutants don't even have that much screen time; leaving us with the boring as fuck story line and shitty dialogue. Every decision the characters make don't make any sense, which is to be expected from any horror movie I guess? But the director made it all even worse, he lacks any sense of style or talent, but again what do you expect from the guy who directed Sisquo videos.

I feel terrible for anyone who pays to see this in a theatre. I saw it for free and I wanted my money back. Fox Atomic knows how to pick em. Turistas, the scrapped Revenge of the Nerds remake and now this. Peace out.

Imajte u vidu da THHE2 nije rimejk filma The Hills Have Eyes Part II iz 1985. godine.

Craven je sa sinom brainstormovao par dana i smislili su novi zaplet koji nema veze s nastavkom originalnog filma.

Plot Outline (2007): A group of National Guard trainees find themselves battling against a vicious group of mutants on their last day of training in the desert.

Plot Outline (1985): A group of bikers, which includes some of the survivors from the original film, embark on a journey by bus to a biker race near the desert of the infamous incidents. However, because of a mistake they are late and decide to take a shortcut through the desert. Halfway through the desert the bus breaks down. While trying to repair the bus, some of the group wander off, and wind up in the traps of the survivors of the mutant family of the first. Then the mutants go after the rest...

Wes Craven Presents Mind Ripper a.k.a. The Outpost a.k.a.  je prvobitno zamišljen kao The Hills Have Eyes Part 3 (to mu je bio radni naslov), ali su se tvorci predomislili i na kraju ga nisu priključili serijalu.

The Outpost sam poodavno pogledao - koliko se sećam, totalni je krš, i pored toga što se u njemu pojavljuju solidni glumci (Lance Henriksen, Natasha Gregson Wagner,Giovanni Ribisi). Nema puno dodirnih tačaka sa serijalom koji je trebao da nastavi - radnja se dešava pod zemljom, u nekoj vojnoj bazi, čini mi se... Scenario za film je pisao Wesov sin Johnatan - koji je odgovoran i za The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007) - tako da već ta činjenica treba da zabrine sve one koji se radiju nastavku.

Evo šta je živa legenda Lance izjavio povodom svog iskustva na snimanju "Ispostave": "All I remember was wanting to get out of there. My bags were packed and I was ready to go home everyday. It was horrible. I never even saw the finished film. It was one of those films that pays your alimony".

Genijalno!

Pih. I prvi rimejk je grozan, mogu mislit kakav će mu bit nastavak. A i dalje mi na polici čuči nepogledan Cravenov original
