Dobio sam ovo na mail
izgleda zanimljivo ali može biti bilo šta  xnerd

I recall reading a short story in high school, which I believe was written by Robert Heinlein (my memory could be faulty, but it was definitely from a well-known science fiction author).

The story revolves around a human astronaut on an alien world (somehow I recall it being Mars, or at least Mars-like?). Somehow he's alone and he stumbles across a building of some sort. He's dehydrated and hungry from his trek across the desert. When he enters the building somehow responds to him and tries to provide him food. I don't recall if he has a space suit on or not at this point, but he tries it and it nearly kills him. He finally just gives up and collapses on a bench or table. He notices the surface he's lying on begins to warm up and he gives in to his inevitable death.

Sometime later, however, he wakes up and actually feels refreshed. The food is offered again and this time he is able to eat it.

I won't give away the final plot point but does anyone recognize this story? I'm looking for either the title of this story, or the title of the book it was published in (most likely a compilation of other short sci-fi stories).
