Izbjeglice u Hrvatskoj drže na pravoslavnom groblju!

Hrvatske vlasti su izbjeglice smjestili na pravoslavno groblje blizu granice sa Srbijom, javlja britanski "Channel 4"




"Channel 4" je objavio snimak na kome se vidi nekoliko desetina izbjeglica iz Sirije i drugih zemalja koje spavaju na pravoslavnom groblju u Tovarniku, blizu granice.

Na grobovima se vide srpska imena i prezimena, ispisana ćirilicom, kao i jedan hrvatski policajac koji se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini.

Scientist says researchers in immigrant-friendly nations can't use his software

A German scientist is revoking the license to his bioinformatics software for researchers working in eight European countries because those countries allow too many immigrants to cross their borders. From 1 October, scientists in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Denmark—"the countries that together host most of the non-European immigrants"—won't be allowed to use a program called Treefinder, informatician Gangolf Jobb wrote in a statement he posted on his website.
Treefinder has been used in hundreds of scientific papers to build phylogenetic trees, diagrams showing the most likely evolutionary relationship of various species, from sequence data. Although the change in the license may be a nuisance for some researchers, the program is far from irreplaceable, several scientists tell ScienceInsider. Treefinder had not been updated for several years and it was mostly used by researchers who had grown used to it, they say. Some pointed to a list of possible alternatives online.
"Immigration to my country harms me, it harms my family, it harms my people. Whoever invites or welcomes immigrants to Europe and Germany is my enemy," Jobb's statement reads. "Immigration unnecessarily defers the collapse of capitalism, its final crisis," the statement also reads.
Jobb had already excluded researchers in the United States from using the software in February. "I want to stress that this license change is not against my colleagues in the USA," he wrote at the time, "but against a small rich elite there that misuses the country's power to rule the world. The USA is our worst enemy." In another part of the website, Jobb writes that "the scientific system is being misused to promote" the goals of a "small elite" and that "evil old men rule the world."
The 2004 paper describing Treefinder was written by Jobb and Korbinian Strimmer, a bioinformatician at Imperial College London who says he hasn't seen Jobb in 10 years. Jobb sent "grotesque emails with racist slogans" to professors in Germany in the past, Strimmer says. "His new diatribe against countries that host refugees is unbelievable."
Strimmer says Jobb started a Ph.D. at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, Germany, under Arndt von Haeseler, now at the Center for Integrative Bioinformatics Vienna, who is also a co-author on the 2004 paper. Jobb later broke off his Ph.D., however, and joined Strimmer's group for a year. "During that time I managed to persuade him to write the publication on Treefinder," Strimmer says. It is not clear whether Jobb still has a job. (His website says that he "cannot work as a scientist, because my traditional views and values conflict with that elite's doctrine.")
Jobb initially declined to answer questions via email, referring to his website. But in an email sent after this article was first published, he said he was "no more 'racist' than most people in Europe" and that he wasn't against saving refugees.
"I'd say not being able to use Treefinder would be no great loss to anyone," says Sandra Baldauf, a biologist at Uppsala University in Sweden. A paper co-authored by Baldauf last year in Current Biology used Treefinder primarily because a colleague had long worked with it, she says; now that that researcher has left, Baldauf uses different software, she wrote in an email. And after reading Jobb's statement, "I would stop using [Treefinder] just on general principle, even if we had to resort to using pencil and paper."
Another researcher, biologist Maria Nilsson-Janke at the Senckenberg Biodiversity and Climate Research Centre in Frankfurt, Germany, says her team has been using the software and only became aware of the change in the license—and Jobb's worldview—after an email from ScienceInsider. She and her team "started to look for replacements, and have already found suitable programs,"Nilsson-Janke says. "We will also reanalyze data sets that are in the pipeline to be published."
The affair shows that it is important for scientists to be knowledgeable about licensing issues when using software, says Antoine Branca, an evolutionary biologist at the University of Paris-Sud in Orsay, France, who co-authored a Nature Communications paper last year that also relied on Treefinder. Because Jobb owns the licence, he can restrict it as he sees fit; licenses like the GNU General Public License, on the other hand, grant users rights to use, study, share, and even modify the software freely. "Maybe people will be more aware of this now," Branca says.

 Tears and confusion as Hungary tries 'criminal' migrants

Szeged (Hungary) (AFP) - "You shouldn't enter a country through a hole in a fence," the judge tells Mustafa, a Syrian migrant charged with a new type of crime created in Hungary only last month -- illegally entering the country by crossing the newly-built barrier on the border with Serbia.

"You should knock on a door when you want to come into a house," adds the judge, Gy. Molnar Sandor, during the trial taking place in the southern Hungarian city of Szeged.
The government ordered the building of the razor wire barrier in August to stem the flow of migrants, with more than 320,000 crossing Hungary so far this year, most headed on via Austria to Germany.
But hundreds continued to climb over or crawl under the fence even after the new legislation came into force on September 15.
Since then, there have been more than 400 fast-track trials of migrants –- mostly Syrians and Iraqis -- charged with the crime.
Meanwhile, the fence has merely shifted the problem as people now mostly arrive in Hungary via its border with Croatia and are taken to Austria on trains provided by the authorities.
"No one told me I could go through Croatia," Mustafa said, his hand shaking as he holds a copy of his verdict, an expulsion order barring him from Hungary for two years, and ordering his removal to Serbia, deemed a "safe" country by Hungary.
His name will also be entered in an EU database, possibly preventing him from entering any country in the bloc's passport-free Schengen zone.

"They say they are brought to the fence by smugglers in Serbia, they really are victims," said Mohammed Kerro, a Kurdish-speaking interpreter who has been working at three or four trials every day for the last three weeks.
"The traffickers say it's no problem to get through the fence, some even tell them it's actually the Croatian border," the Syrian-born Kerro told AFP in the corridor outside the courtroom.
Among those waiting to be called before a different judge is 25-year-old Sara from the northern Syrian city of Kobani.
Tears are streaming down her face as she struggles to control her two-year-old daughter Ellah.
Wearing stained jeans, the woman slips a bandaged foot out of her trainers, which have no laces. She lost a toenail on her journey, mostly on foot, from Turkey through Bulgaria into Serbia in the hope of reaching Germany.
Once inside the courtroom, the judge told Sara she was spotted by heat cameras mounted on pylons along the border, as she and 11 other people scrambled through a hole in the fence on October 6 near the town of Morahalom.
The robed prosecutor said the young Syrian's crime was not coming to Hungary, but choosing a criminal mode of entry.
Sara explained she fled her hometown after IS jihadists occupied it. "I saw beheadings, they killed both my parents-in-law," she weeped.
Ellah, oblivious to the drama, drew with a coloured pencil on a legal document on the floor.
"Are there fences around houses in Kobani?" asked the prosecutor.
The woman appears baffled by the question.
"Fences are not the custom where I am from," she replied. "I didn't think anything at all, I just followed the others, holding my child, I do it all for her."

The judge, although sympathetic, tells her that ignorance of the law cannot be a defence.
Although Sara's act does not warrant a jail term -- a punishment reserved for people caught physically damaging the fence –- she receives a one-year ban from Hungary.
Confused and relieved, the woman declined an offer to receive the verdict in her own language, nor will she appeal her sentence.
The summary trials have been condemned by both rights groups and the European Commission, though Budapest insist they comply with European norms.
"They just want it all over and done with as soon as possible," her interpreter told AFP after the trial, which lasted 72 minutes.
After their sentencing, the migrants are brought back to the detention centres, from where they will be returned to Serbia at some point.
Hungary's Immigration Office, which is tasked to carry out the expulsion order, has yet to answer AFP questions about how many people have been removed to Serbia, and how many are still waiting to be deported.

A Hungarian camerawoman who was fired after shocking video emerged of her intentionally tripping refugees says she plans to sue Facebook and one of the refugees she kicked.

The footage of Petra Laszlo enraged the international community when it surfaced in early September and eventually led to her firing from Hungarian broadcaster N1, which said she "behaved unacceptably."

Laszlo said that once her criminal trial is over, she intends to file the two lawsuits, according to an interview with Russian newspaper Izvestia.

Laszlo told Izvestia that she plans to sue Facebook for allegedly refusing to remove threatening groups on the site while deleting groups that supported her. She has also directed her anger towards Osama Abdul Mohsen, one of the Syrian refugees she kicked, and says she plans to sue him.

"He changed his testimony, because he initially blamed the police," Laszlo said, though she can be clearly seen in two different videos kicking him. "My husband wants to prove my innocence. For him, it is now a matter of honor."

The fiasco took place near the Hungarian border village of Röszke on Sept. 8 as migrants and refugees rushed through a police cordon and past journalists, including Laszlo. Many of those rushing across the border were Syrian refugees, attempting to travel through Hungary and into Western Europe.

Another journalist standing nearby captured video of Laszlo, who can be seen below intentionally tripping Mohsen as he ran with his small son clutched in his arms; he fell to the ground face first and his child tumbled into the grass. Another clip shows Laszlo kicking two others, including a child.

Laszlo kept her own camera rolling as she kicked Mohsen. He can be heard by a police officer clearly shouting, "Baby, baby, baby," making it clear he is carrying a child.

She later apologized for her actions. She claims her behavior was a result of fear. 

In her interview with Izvestia, Laszlo added she wants to relocate her family to Russia because they feel threatened in Hungary.

"We consider Russia and we think that we will begin to learn Russian," Laszlo told the paper. "For us it is important to leave Hungary. We will decide after the trial."

Dvadesetogodišnjakinja je prošle srijede željela ući u banku obaviti nešto, no put joj je prepriječio zaposlenik banke i zamolio je da ode. Ona je ponudila da u privatnoj sobi skine veo s lica i pokaže svoju identifikacijsku ispravu, no njen zahtjev je odbijen. The Local piše kako je sve preraslo u glasnu svađu, a zaposlenik banke je ženu izveo, dok ona tvrdi da ju je pritom ozlijedio.

Kad je policija došla, žene više nije bilo, ali je kasnije prijavila policiji slučaj nanošenja tjelesnih ozljeda.

Glasnogovornik poslovnice u Neussu rekao je kako se nikabom, koji prekriva cijelo lice osim očiju, krši pravilo banke o zabrani masaka. Kraj banke se nalazi i znak s prekriženom motociklističkom kacigom.

'Nevjerojatno nam je važno da ovo ne postane stvar religije već sigurnosti', kazao je.

U principu, praksa je da se ženi lice pogleda u privatnoj sobi i uporedi sa identifikacionim dokumentom. Tako je na svakom aerodromu na Bliskom istoku i to je bilo najmirnije rešenje u ovom slučaju (ne vidim zašto bankarski službenici nisu želeli to da učine). Ali ovo nije Bliski istok. Možda joj psiholog objasni da ne treba drugi da se prilagođavaju njoj, već ona drugima, kada već želi da živi u zemlji koja ima drugačije vrednosti od njenih. Isto kao što ni na Istoku, na primer, niko ne sme da jede i pije u javnosti kada je Ramazan, a žene sa Zapada, u nekim zemljama, moraju da nose burku, abaju ili maramu. I niko zbog toga ne pravi scene ili ide u policiju, jer bi ih, u suprotnom, zatvorili ili bi ih osudili na neke bizarne kazne, poput bičevanja, kamenovanja ili odsecanja delova tela.

Što reče moja drugarica: da napravimo paralelu između događaja u Kelnu, gde su migranti seksualno napadali žene ispred katedrale, sa nekim gradom u muslimanskoj zemlji, gde bi hrišćani, ispred džamije, napadali i uvlačili prste u vagine zabrađenih žena. Šta bi se desilo tim hrišćanima i da li bi preživeli to veče?

Švedska: Migrant ubio radnicu centra za azilante

Mladi azilant nožem je ubio radnicu u centru za izbeglice u Švedskoj, gde policija traži veća sredstva i brojnije ljudstvo da bi suzbila nasilje.

Portparol policije Tomas Fuksborg izjavio je da je napadač mladić koji je bio smešten u centru za mlade azilante bez roditelja, uzrasta između 14 i 17 godina, u mestu Molndal, kod Geteborga.

Fuksborg nije želeo da iznese detalje o starosti i nacionalnosti osumnjičenog, ali je precizirao da je on uhapšen zbog ubistva, prenosi AFP.

Švedska novinska agencija TT javila je da se radi o 15-godišnjaku.

Žrtva je 22-godišnja devojka, a motivi zločina još nisu jasni.

"Ovakve stvari postaju sve cešće i češće. Imamo posla sa više ovakvih incidenata od kako je iz inostranstva stiglo toliko mnogo izbeglica", rekao je Fuksborg.

Napad se dogodio u vreme kada švedski komesar za policiju Dan Elijasen traži da se za 4.100 poveća broj policajaca i pomoćnog osoblja kako bi se pomoglo u borbi protiv terorizma, deportacijama migranata i održavanju centara za azilante.

"Prinuđeni smo da odgovorimo na mnoga remećenja reda u centrima za prijem azilanata. U nekim mestima, za to su potrebni značajni policijski resursi. To nije bio slučaj pre šest meseci i to znači da nećemo biti u mogućnosti da efikasno delujemo u drugim oblastima", rekao je Elijason za TT.

Prema podacima švedske agencije za migracije, broj pretnji i nasilnih incidenata u centrima za azilante se u prošloj godini više nego udvostručio u odnosu na 2014.

Dok je 2014. bilo 148 incidenata, u 2015. je njihov broj skočio na 322.

Takođe je porastao broj podmetnutanja požara u tim centrima, a prošle godine dvadesetak njih je oštećeno ili izgorelo do temelja.

Šef policijskog sindikata Lena Nic izjavila je da mnogi problemi sa kojima se Švedska sada suočava potvrđuju da švedska policija već duže vreme dobija manje sredstava i ima manje ljudi nego što je potrebno.

Pošto motivi zločina nisu poznati  ne bih se još zaletao u kalkulisanje o tome da je ovo mladi musliman ubio stariju muslimanku zbog nepoštovanja islama. Da ne pominjem da su u Libanu hriščani po poslednjem popisu malko preko pola stanovništva pa je ova žena (sem ako ne piše da je bila muhamedanka) statistički najverovatnije bila hrišćanske vjere.
