Bob Clark je zvanično LUD!

Black Christmas je rimejkovan, Deathdream samo što nije doživeo istovetan tretman (priča se da će se režije prihvatiti novi "kralj splatera" Eli Roth) - bilo je samo pitanje vremena kada će se na meti naći i Clarkov treći (hronološki prvi) horor izlet - Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things.

Interesantno, ovog rimejka će se prihvatiti originalni reditelj - znači, Bob Clark glavom i bradom!

Čitajući njegovu izjavu povodom početka snimanja, zaključio sam da je čovek POTPUNO LUD!

Pročitajte samo ovo:Basically, what happens is that in the 20's, there were four castles on this island and there is this character, Mason ghoul, who's had a massive party and comes down the stairs and with an automatic rifle that he had invented and kills 14 people. That ruins the whole island. These people are buried. On the next day, revenge is taken on him. Those are the older ghouls. They look like mummies, hardly any flesh, just eyes. Then they turn into a burial island and the middle ghouls are going to be pretty grimy. Then they change into an island for pedophiles and sex criminals and they've only lasted 4 years so they're not very rotten.

So there are three sets of ghouls. We are going to start the movie with Guido, the director shooting the castle scene, the murder scene in Miami on a set. Then that night, they're going out to the island not to play games but to raise the dead. They're going to see the castle where theyre going to be shooting the rest of the movie. It's where all these horrible things happened. The dead do rise and since they are a film company, there are pretty vigorous stunt men like 80 or so. There are three different wars going on in three different camps. We are going to ask questions like ghouls and zombies are mythical creatures. They're not real but what is their biology. What happens after a ghoul wakes up after a meal 5 years ago. When the ghouls first rise up and through the audience's amazement, they all run back out into the woods and we here these (Bob makes these hilarious farting sounds) and all the ghouls are taking a 20-year old crap or 5-year old crap in this case. We have a lot of things like that but we are going to do the real scary, real gruesome stuff too. More gruesome than the original.

They (ghouls) overcome the people at the grave site. They isolate the other three groups; the grips, the stuntmen and the actors. There is a scene where two rather attractive looking ghouls making love in the graveyard, pumping. Come back a few minutes later, and their on their backs, smoking cigarettes. Come back a little later, the girl is out of the grave and an older guy is trying to make it with her and trying to hug her and telling her: "I got it baby, you know I still got it." They talk by the way. They learn very quickly. The girl takes her hand. We don't see it. It goes out of frame but we know where it's going and he goes: "Didn't I tell you I got it?" She says: "No. Actually, you don't." He says: "What do you mean?!" He opens up and his penis is rotting off and it's in her hand. So they get onto Jay Leno. They get the cellphones and TV. Real bizarre stuff happens but it still ends up being a classic zombie horror film. "Shaun of the Dead" was a really good movie but it made one mistake. The people were funny but the zombies weren't. That missed the boat. That's why I decided to remake "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things".

WOW! Zombiji koji se olakšavaju u šumi! Tri različite vrste zombija napadaju tri različite skupine ljudi! Mrtvi na gomili i otpadajući penisi! Jay Leno! N-e-v-e-r-o-v-a-t-n-o! Fasciniran sam! Nadam se da će ovaj rimejk ugledati svetlo dana...

Mada, da budem iskren, malo sumnjam u Klarka. Vise bih voleo da Liberman snimi svoje Acid Zombies From Woodstock. Podzanrovski neizlizan i u zombi smislu nevin, verujem da bi bio svez kao da sada.
