E pa moraću takvog nekog prodavca da nađem. Ja probam zrna po pijaci, već par nedelja nisam naišla na sladak.

Nešto si pomešala Agota, skuša skoro i nema kostiju. Samo kičma i nešto malo oko stomaka, ali spada u ribe koje "nemaju kosti". Možda si pomešala sa haringom?

Štuka nije bela riba, i što kaže skalop, preko kilo ipo je perfektna, ali ja kažem da i kilašica valja. Tostolobik je šaranska riba. Bela riba je deverika kao broj 1 po kvalitetu, pa dalje bodorka, crvenperka, nosara, itd itd, slabo se doznajem u belu ribu jer je ne pecam a ni ne jedem, a i svaka vrsta ima svoje ime u zavisnosti od toga da li se nalazi u istočnoj, zapadnoj, centralnoj Srbiji, Vojvodini...Zajedničko im je da su prepune sitnih kostiju.

Grdosije od somova se prodaju splavovima i restoranima, ko to jede, ne znam. Znam da štuka od 7 kila ne valja ništa za jelo, takvi primerci su matični i neprocenjivi za nastavak vrste jer proizvode ogroman broj ikre. Njih u principu treba puštati nazad, iako se skalop ne slaže.

Posle mnogo godina isprobavanja, napokon sam ubola recept za savršenu reform tortu, ni preslatka, taman jaka kolko treba, a jednostavna. Ma njam! I nazvaću je Sagita.  xlove5 xrofl

Sagita reforma

Kore
15 belanaca
600g oraha
300g šećera
Umutiti belanca mikserom, dodati orahe i šećer i lagano umutiti kašikom. Peći na 170oC (prethodno zagrejana rerna, 28 cm modla), 45 minuta. Posle ostavim još 15 minuta u isključenoj rerni.
Kad se ohladi, prerežem na tri dela.


Fil
15 žumanaca
220g šećera
6 rebara čokolade za kuHanje (125g)
375g putera


Umutiti žumanca sa šećerom, dodati rastopljenu čokoladu, dalje mutiti, a onda kuvati na pari uz stalno mešanje. Kad je smesa skuvana, sačekati da se POTPUNO ohladi i dodati puter, pa umutiti mikserom.
Premazati kore, posuti orasima, i ubiti se od smeha kalorijama posle toga.  nas-rofl

za četvrtak planiram i tiramisu tortu, nađoh neki recept koji bi uz male modifikacije mogao da proizvede savršenu tortu.
javljam se tad i sa poprečnim presekom. 100 kg ću da imam.  xrofl

Bio u Kini, pa jeo hot pot. I to domaći, ništa restoran.





Nešto ko fondu, al kineski. Jedna strana lonca zaljućena, druga jok. Bilo svega, povrća, tofua, jagnjetine i teletine na listiće, morskih plodova, pečuraka raznih. Pošto me kineska kineska hrana u startu nije impresionirala, delovalo je kao da neće ovde biti krkanja, ali sam se prijatno iznenadio i baš nakrkao.
