also the guy apparently paid no tax in the most recent tax year (that info is all public in norway). even if you are unemployed in norway, the tax you pay would show up, so where has he been getting money?

Svaki Nemac, od novorođenčeta do najstarijeg, dužan je 24 hiljade evra. Kako bi se zaustavio taj trend zaduživanja u ustav je unesen amandman o "dužničkoj kočnici" kojom je propisana granica zaduživanja, podaci su nemačkog statističkog zavoda.

"Dužnička kočnica", naravno, još ne znači i smanjivanje ogromnog brda dosadašnjih nemačkih dugova koji dostižu dva biliona evra. Za kamate i otplatu rata i dalje će odlaziti veliki deo novca poreskih obveznika - trenutno, to je druga po veličina pozicija u saveznom budžetu i iznosi četrdeset milijardi eura.

Dojče vele prenosi da je nemački budžet poslednji put bio uravnotežen negde krajem šezdesetih godina prošlog veka.

Uvek su se nalazili novi razlozi za nova zaduživanja: od državnih programa subvencija u vreme prve naftne krize, preko troškova ujedinjenja zemlje sve do najnovije finansijske krize i spasavanja banaka.

Državi koja je postala ,,kreditni zavisnik" zabranjeno je pravljenje novih dugova članom 109. ustava. U principu, do 2016. zabranjeno je uzimanje novih kredita u cilju otklanjanja deficita u javnim budžetima.

Ova principijelna zabrana ima, međutim, uglavnom simboličan značaj, jer je istovremeno zaključeno da federacija godišnje sme da se dodatno zaduži do vrednosti 0,35 procenta društvenog proizvoda (trenutno, to je oko deset milijardi evra).

Šesnaest saveznih zemalja od 2020. godine moraju da sastave kraj sa krajem bez ikakvog zaduživanja.To je njihova dobrovoljno preuzeta obaveza koja je zapisna u ustav.

Budžet koji je vlada usvojila za 2012. godinu  nešto je drugačije struktuiran nego što je to do sada bilo uobičajeno.

Naime, pojedina ministarstva više nisu prijavljivala šta im je potrebno kako bi te želje progurala u mukotrpnim pregovorima sa ministrom finansija.
Sada je redosled obrnut: vlada određuje finansijske okvire, a onda slede pregovori sa pojedinim resorima.

Od 2016. godine sve će funkcionisati još samo tako, odozgo na dole, jer je dužničkom kočnicom unapred onemogućeno uzimanje novih kredita. Istina, vlada je još prilično daleko od pomenute granice novog zaduživanja od 0,35 odsto društvenog proizvoda.

Ministar finansija Volfgang Šojble nada se da ove godine novi dug neće preći granicu od dva procenta.Time bi, istina, Nemačka - pored Finske, Estonije i Luksemburga - bila jedna od retkih članica EU koja ne prekoračuje najvišu granicu zaduženja od tri odsto društvenog proizvoda koja je predviđena evropskim Paktom stabilnosti iz Mastrihta.

Već sam napisao da je ovim PC baljezganjem fon Trir izgubio većinu mojih simpatija koje je stekao "izjavom" o nacistima. A izjave su jedini način da mi postane simpatičan pošto čisto sumnjam da je sposoban da snimi dobar film.

Rioters kicked in windows on the High Road as shops were looted, with people seen pushing away shopping trolleys full of stolen goods.

The trouble spread to surrounding residential streets, where vans were also torched.

Central London has seen student and trade union protests turn ugly in recent months but this outbreak of rioting is the worst seen in years in the suburbs.

The unrest followed a peaceful march to the police station in Tottenham in protest over the shooting dead of a minicab passenger by police on Thursday in an apparent exchange of gunfire.

Mark Duggan, 29, a father-of-four, died at the scene.

An officer may have had a lucky escape in the incident -- a police radio was found to have a bullet lodged in it.

Police said that two patrol cars were torched as they were pelted with bottles, one of them being pushed into the middle of the High Road before being set ablaze.

Riot squad officers were then deployed to try to keep people back from the police station before the bus was torched and the shop set alight.

Local resident David Akinsanya told BBC television he was feeling "unsafe".

"It's really bad," he said. "There seems to be a lot of anger in Tottenham tonight."

Tottenham is an ethnically-diverse urban area best known for its English Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs beat Spain's Athletic Bilbao 2-1 in a friendly earlier in the evening.

One eyewitness said very few people around the High Road were obvious fans, with most not wearing football colours and masking their identity with hoods.

Saturday's unrest occurred following a protest march to the police station from Broadwater Farm, a 1960s public housing estate in Tottenham.

The estate is notorious in Britain for the 1985 riot which saw Police Constable Keith Blakelock hacked to death in some of the worst urban rioting in Britain in the past 30 years.

David Lammy, the member of parliament for Tottenham, appealed for calm Sunday.

"Those who remember the destructive conflicts of the past will be determined not to go back to them," he said.

"We already have one grieving family in our community and further violence will not heal that pain. True justice can only follow a thorough investigation of the facts.

"The Tottenham community and Mark Duggan's family and friends need to understand what happened on Thursday evening when Mark lost his life. To understand those facts, we must have calm."

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), which investigates all police shootings -- regular British police officers do not carry guns -- said that specialist firearms officers stopped a minicab on Thursday to carry out a pre-planned arrest.

They were accompanied by officers from Trident, the unit focused on tackling gun crime in the black community.

"Shots were fired and a 29-year-old man, who was a passenger in the cab, died at the scene," the IPCC said.

It is believed that a firearms officer fired two shots. A non-police issue handgun was also recovered at the scene.

"An officer's radio which appears to have a bullet lodged in it has also been recovered."

IPCC Commissioner Rachel Cerfontyne appealed for witnesses.

"Fatal shootings by the police are extremely rare and understandably raise significant community concerns," she said.

"I fully recognise how distressing and disturbing this must be for the family and the local community."

A spokesman for London Mayor Boris Johnson said: "Where there are real concerns in the community it is right that there is a proper investigation.

"The incident which led to the violent scenes in Tottenham this evening are the subject of an IPCC inquiry.

"Violence and destruction of property will do nothing to facilitate this investigation and we urge those involved to respect the rule of law."

TEHRAN (ISNA)-Iran called for London Police to exercise self-restraint in dealing with protesters in Tottenham, north of London.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast referred to Saturday night massive protests in Tottenham which came following murder of a young black man by Scotland Yard Police and called for the UK government to avoid any police's harsh treatment with protesters.

He stressed return of peace and calm to London through talks and examining demands of the demonstrators.

Mehmanparast expressed hope independent human rights bodies would take measures to make clear facts behind murder of the black man soon.

Jos jednom pozivamo obe strane da se suzdrze od nasilja. Dijalog je jedini nacin da se prevazidju razlike. Prekomerna upotreba sile koja je dovela, sada se vidi, do smrti neduznog civila, mora odmah prestati a Britanska vlada da se vrati za pregovaracki sto.

socijalna nepravda. engleska je socijalno najodurnija/najnazadnija evropska zemlja. ne postoji ni najmanja mogucnost napretka iz kaste u kojoj si rodjen. jednom rob, uvijek rob. kao i tvoji potomci.
nekolicina dobrostojecih iz cijelog svijeta, arapi, rusi, bankari, britanski "plemici"... uziva u londonskim blagodatima doslovno kao u alan fordu. nitko se ne dijeli po boji koze, samo bogatuni i sirotinja. engleska je vjerna preslika alan forda.
